I usually have a 20K+ bankroll, I have sent in offers for suites,$1000 free bet, $500 in food I have sent win/loss statements of 100K+ and they can contact any of my hosts. I have tried over and over again to deal with this company, I am not a small player at all it’s just disrespect that I get ignored, avoided, and have to sit here and wait multiple times to see if anything is in motion.
